    摘 要:目的 通过1600例临床观察，总结分析胶原酶化学溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用价值. 方法 1994-10/1999-10采用硬膜外注射，部分采用盘内注射胶原酶300U治疗腰椎间盘突出症1600例. 结果 1200例患者术后3～48mo随访，总有效率96.67%，优良率90.58%. 结论 硬膜外注射胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症，安全、创伤小、疗效满意.

    Abstract:AIM To analyse the clinical effect of chemonucle-olvsis with the collagenase for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.METHODS Collagenase was injected into the lumbar disc300U or outside the lumbar dise mostly for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation from octember1994to octember1999.RESULTS 1200cases were followed up af-ter the operation from3to48months.The results were ef-fective in96.67%and excellent or good in90.58%.CONCLUSION Chemonucleolvsis with the collagenase out-side the lumbar disc is safe and effective. ......
