    Abstract:AIM To elucidate the inhibitory effects of p16on human bladder carcinoma cell cycle.METHODS Wild type p16was transfected into human bladder carcinoma cell line T24by using Lipofectin-mediating genetransfer technique.The cell growth curve was drawn.Cell cycle was detected by flow cytometry(FCM)before and after p16transfection re-spectively and the change was compared.RESULTS Com-pared with the controls,the growth rates of p16transfected cells were greatly decreased.FCM analysis showed that S-phase fraction and proliferation index were reduced obvious┐ly.CONCLUSION P16could inhibit DNA synthesis of tu-mor cell by preventing the transition from G to S,which ex-erts obvious inhibitory effects on bladder carcinoma cell growth.

    摘 要:目的 探讨p16基因对人膀胱癌细胞周期的影响. 方法 通过脂质体介导的基因转移技术将野生型p16基因导入人膀胱癌细胞系T24中,绘制细胞生长曲线,用流式细胞仪检测转染前后细胞周期的变化. 结果 与对照组相比,转染p16基因的膀胱癌细胞生长速率降低,流式细胞仪检测显示S期及增殖指数明显降低. 结论 p16基因能阻止肿瘤细胞进入S期 ......
