哮喘小鼠肺内CGRP免疫反应阳性神经纤维的变化

关键词: 哮喘;降钙素基因相关肽;神经纤维;免疫组织化学;小鼠摘 要:目的 探讨BALB/c小鼠哮喘后肺内CGRP免疫阳性神经纤维分布及形态变化. 方法 成年雄性小鼠随机分为正常组和哮喘组,采用免疫组织化学法观察小鼠肺内CGRP免疫反应神经纤维的变化. 结果 哮喘组肺内CGRP免疫反应神经纤维数量及分布发生了显著变化,从肺内支气管到终末细支气管均有较密集的CGRP免疫反应阳性纤维分布,成束走行,以平滑肌外层和粘膜下层为主.此外,粘膜表面可见裸露的阳性纤维.哮喘组与正常对照组比较CGRP免疫反应阳性纤维的数量显著增加(P<0.01). 结论 肺内CGRP免疫反应神经纤维增生与哮喘发病密切相关,并可能是导致哮喘持续和发展的原因之一.

Abstract:AIM To investigate the changes of distribution of the calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)in the lungs of asthmatic mice.METHODS The mice were divided into asthma group and control group.Immunohistochemistry and computer image analysis were used in this study.
