    摘 要:目的 探讨脊柱三维重建的几个基本方位. 方法 对25例正常脊柱行螺旋CT扫描后经三维软件处理，分别按多个切割层面切割成像进行观察. 结果 脊柱各部分结构均能在不同位像中清楚显示. 结论 应将脊柱三维成像的位像规范化，文中提出的几个位像可作为脊柱三维重建的基本方位，但应灵活应用.

    Abstract:AIM To evaluate several basic locations of helical CT three-dimentional reconstruction in spine.METHODS Three-dimentional images received according to eight angle and sculpting locations were observed in25normal spines.RESULTS All spine structures were indicated clearly at var-ious positions.CONCLUSION It is necessary to regulate the positions of helical three-dimentional reconstruction in spine.The eight positions can be regarded as the basic posi-tions of three-dimentional reconstruction in spine.
