    摘 要:目的 观察养阴通脑颗粒对麻醉犬脑血管阻力的影响. 方法 将17只犬随机分为3组，空白对照组给等量的生理盐水，养阴通脑颗粒分中剂量组(1.0g kg-1 )和大剂量组(2.0g kg-1 )，灌胃给药，采用电磁流量计测定脑血流量，采用股动脉插管法测主动脉平均血压.计算脑血管阻力(R). 结果 养阴通脑颗粒可降低脑血管阻力，以中剂量效果为好，用药前脑血管阻力为(69.2±17.3)Pa mL-1 min-1 ，用药后30min，60min分别降为(51.9±14.6)Pa mL-1 min-1 和(49.2±14.6)Pa mL-1 min-1 . 结论 养阴通脑颗粒对脑血管有扩张作用.
