    摘 要:目的 为探讨原发性胃肠道非何杰金淋巴瘤(NHL)临床诊治和预后经验. 方法 回顾性分析我院1978/1999年手术治疗的NHL41例. 结果 胃14例，小肠11例，结肠16例.B超、CT和胃肠造影阳性率分别为82%，76%和83%;内窥镜活检确诊率93%.临床分期ⅠE 期14例，ⅡE 期27例.组织分类低度恶性28例，中度恶性12例，高度恶性1例.胃、小肠和结肠肿瘤手术切除依次为100%，91%和89%.单纯手术14例，术后化疗27例.1，3和5a生存率分别为95%，76%和63%.肿瘤大小、组织分类、临床分期和术后化疗不同，其预后差异显著(P<0.01，P<0.01，P<0.05和P<0.01). 结论 ①内窥镜活检对本病具有较高的确诊价值;②对于早期局限性胃肠道NHL首选手术治疗，而术后化疗对于预防肿瘤的复发可能起一定作用;③患者预后可能与肿瘤大小、组织分类、临床分期和术后化疗有关.
