【摘要】目的：总结腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)治疗急性胆囊颈结石嵌顿的经验。方法：回顾分析18例LC的临床资料。结果：14例常规LC完成，4例行胆囊次全切除术。其中1例未关闭胆囊管。无1例中转及并发症发生。结论：只要根据病史、体征，正确评估LC风险，把握手术时机及方法，应用LC治疗急性胆囊颈结石嵌顿是完全可行的。【关键词】胆囊颈结石嵌顿；急性期；腹腔镜；治疗结果

【Abstract】Objective:Sum up the experience from curing the acute neck of gallbladder calculus incarceration with laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:Retrospectively the clinical information of analyse 18 cases(LC).Results:Complete 14 normal cases and operate the gallbladde subtotal entomb for 4 cases.One of which was operated with the cystic duct open,none of them divert to other hospital and there isn’t compucations coming about.Conclusions:Assess the venture of(LC) correctly according to the history of the patients and their character of the body,hold the right time when to operate and the may how to operate.It is feasibe completely to cure the acute neck of gallbladder calculus incarceration with(LC). ......
