    摘 要:目的 探讨长期吸烟对免疫系统影响的机制. 方法 分别于3mo和9mo对吸烟组及对照组大鼠行抗体形成细胞(AFC)试验和抗CD3 抗体诱导的T细胞增殖试验以测定其体液和细胞免疫. 结果 9mo后，吸烟组大鼠对绵羊红细胞的抗体形成细胞反应及抗CD3 抗体诱导的增殖反应均较对照组显著降低，而3mo时无显著差异. 结论 长期吸烟所引起的免疫抑制是与抗原刺激T细胞后，T细胞不能有效地活化、增殖和分化有关，T细胞自身的细胞免疫受到损伤，也使得它不能有效地辅助B细胞进行增殖及产生抗体，从而使体液免疫也变得无能.
