    摘 要:目的 研究大白鼠提睾肌缺血再灌后血管内皮细胞的凋亡基因表达. 方法 以免疫组织化学SP法对大白鼠提睾肌缺血再灌注后血管内皮细胞Bcl-2，Bax及p53的表达进行观察. 结果 大白鼠提睾肌缺血再灌注的血管内皮细胞Bax及p53阳性细胞率(分别为83%和87%)明显高于Bcl-2和对照组(分别为34%和7%)，(P<0.01)，再灌注6h阳性细胞最多. 结论 大白鼠提睾肌缺血再灌注可引起血管内皮细胞凋亡，并可能在微循环障碍中起重要作用.
