    摘 要:目的 通过某女HIV感染的确认及其丈夫HIV感染的排除，报告我国首例与HIV感染者长期无保护性接触而未引发HIV感染的案例. 方法 初筛实验用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)实验及明胶颗粒凝集(PA)实验检测HIV-1抗体及HIV-2抗体，确认实验用蛋白免疫印迹(WB)实验检测HIV-1抗体及HIV-2抗体. 结果 某女，ELISA实验结果HIV-1抗体阳性，HIV-2抗体阴性.复检结果相同.PA实验结果HIV-1阳性.WB实验出现HIV-1特异性条带gp160，gp120，p66，p55，gp41，p31，p24，p17，无HIV-2特异性条带出现.结果为HIV-1抗体阳性，HIV-2抗体阴性.某男，ELISA实验结果:HIV-1抗体及HIV-2抗体均为阴性，PA实验结果为阴性.3mo及6mo后复查，ELISA，PA实验结果仍为阴性. 结论 某女为HIV感染者，某男可排除HIV感染的可能性.某男与感染者长期无保护性接触未感染HIV，也未因与感染者长期共同生活而感染HIV.
