    摘 要:目的 研究YNZ22基因多态性在陕西地区老年动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis，AS)人群中分布规律及其该位点与AS遗传易感性的关系. 方法 应用多聚酶链反应(polymerase chain reaction，PCR)对94例老年AS患者及75例非AS老年人YNZ22-VNTR(可变数目串联重复序例vari-able number tandem repeats)位点进行多态性分析. 结果 在正常人群中YNZ22位点共检测出20种基因型，9个等位基因，其片段大小在168～798bp之间，杂合度为24.0%，多态信息量(polymorphism information content，PIC)为0.8372;AS人群中YNZ22基因点共检测出23种基因型，9个等位基因，其片段大小在168～728bp之间，杂合度为24.5%，多态信息量(PIC)为0.8067.它们的基因频率分布有差异.另外，在正常人群与AS人群中，小片段的频率有显著差异.最重要的是发现基因频率和基因型频率在两群体中不同. 结论 YNZ22位点可能可以作为AS的遗传标记.
