【摘要】 目的 为了简便快速地筛检出肠道致病菌。方法 自行配制了一种三糖铁尿素靛基质培养基,并与国家标准方法中三糖铁琼脂进行了对比试验。结果 两培养基的培养结果差异有显著性。经三糖铁尿素靛基质培养基筛检出的菌落阳性率为28.91%，比三糖铁培养基筛检出的菌落阳性率(7.67%)高。结论 应用三糖铁尿素靛基质培养基再结合血清凝集可简便快速地鉴定出肠道致病菌。

    【Abstract】 Objective In order to easily fast exam the intestinal tract pathogenic bacteria. Methods Compounded one kind of trisaccharide iron urea indol culture medium and the trisaccharide iron agar has carried on the contrast experiment with the national standard method in voluntarily. Results Two culture medium raise results have the remarkable difference. The colony positive rate exam which after the trisaccharide iron urea indol culture medium is 28.91%,higher than the exam the colony positive rate using the trisaccharide iron culture medium (7.67%). Conclusion It may easily fast appraise the intestinal tract pathogenic bacteria using the trisaccharide iron urea indol culture medium recombination
