关键词: 重症肌无力;受体,胆碱能;抗体;体感诱发电位,躯体感觉摘 要:目的 本研究旨在进一步探索重症肌无力(MG)患者的乙酰胆碱受体抗体(AChRab)是否对大鼠中枢神经系统(CNS)躯体感觉传导通路产生影响. 方法 从AChRab阳性的全身型MG患者血清中提取IgG,将其注入大鼠侧脑室,观察其对下肢体感诱发电位(SEP)的影响. 结果 注入大鼠侧脑室内的AChRab可致大鼠本体觉传导障碍,引起SEP异常,表现为N20 波消失或潜伏期延长. 结论 MG患者的AChRab不仅可以作用于NMJ处的AChR,而且还可以作用于CNS并引起本体觉传导障碍,进一步证明了AChRab在CNS中的病理作用.
