ADVANCE IN THE RESEARCH OF THE DIAGNOSIS METHOD OF NEOSPORIASIS IN DAIRY CATTLE

Abstract: Neosporiasis is a significant cause of economic loss in dairy and beef cattle herds due primarily to abortion. Many studies on the diagnosis method of Neosporiasis in dairy cattle have been done by scientis all over the world. This review is focus on the development of various diagnosis methods of Neosporiasis, such as clinical diagnosis, etiology diagnosis, serologic tests and molecular biologic tests.

新孢子虫病(Neosporiasis)是由犬新孢子虫 ( Neospora caninum Dubey,1988)寄生于犬、牛、羊等多种动物细胞内而引起的一种原虫病。该病1984 年由挪威兽医学家Jcerkas在患脑炎和肌炎的幼犬 体内首次发现,1988年Dubey博士将其命名为犬新孢子虫[1]。犬新孢了虫的终末宿主是犬[2],牛、羊、犬、马、鹿、小鼠等均可作为中间宿主。虽然新孢子虫病是多种家畜共患的一种原虫病,但其对牛的危害尤为严重 ......
