康复训练对脑梗死大鼠脑GAP┐43表达的影响

关键词: 大鼠;脑梗死/康复;GAP-43蛋白摘 要:目的 研究康复训练对脑梗死大鼠脑的生长相关蛋白(GAP-43)表达的影响. 方法 SD大鼠采用光化学法制成脑梗死模型后,随机分康复组、制动组、自由组及正常组,每组大鼠在1,3,7,14,21,28d取脑组织免疫组化染色,以观察脑梗死大鼠各组不同时期脑的GAP-43表达. 结果 1,3,7,14d脑梗死周边区可见GAP-43阳性细胞,21,28d时梗死周边GAP-43阳性细胞逐渐减少,康复组较制动组在7,14d明显增加,尤以胼胝体为著. 结论 康复训练可引起损伤周边区GAP-43表达的变化,提示该区有促进神经新生枝芽的生长作用.
