    摘 要:目的 探讨《陆军院校学员团体智力测验》的重测信度、分半信度、效标关联效度及结构效度. 方法 某陆军学院1～4年级本科生589名;研究材料为《陆军院校学员团体智力测验》;效标测验包括WAIS-C，在校学习主要课程成绩. 结果 ①该智力测验有较好的重测信度及分半信度(P<0.05);②各分测验相互独立，反映智力的四个层面;③各分测验与WAIS-C相关测验有显著或近显著水平相关;④测验成绩与主要课程成绩有显著相关，测验一的作业成绩可以做为在校学习成绩的预测因子. 结论 本测验有较好的信度与效度，经进一步修订、扩展后有较好的应用价值.

    Abstract:AIM To investigate the retest and half-split lia-bility，construct and criterion referent validity of the group intelligence test of army academy students(GITAAS).

    METHODS Five hundred and eighty-nine military students took part in GITAA，WAIS-C and scores of their courses in academy were used as a referent criterion.RESULTS ①GITAAS had good retest and half-split liability(P<0.05);②Four subtests existed separately and represented four dif-ferent levels of intelligence respectively;③All subtests had or nearly had obvious correlation with WAIS-C related sub-tests;④Scores of GITAAS were significantly correlated with those of main courses and score of subtest1might be re-garded as a forecast factor of study achievement in school.CONCLUSION.GITAAS has good liability and validity and may be further revised and put into use. ......
