IL┐1β加酵母RNA对照射小鼠外周血肝脾GSH与SOD活性的影响

关键词: 白细胞介素1;酵母;RNA;电离辐射;谷胱甘肽;超氧化物歧化酶;小鼠摘 要:目的 研究IL-1β(人重组白介素-1)复合酵母RNA对小鼠受γ射线外照射后外周血、肝、脾谷胱甘肽(GSH)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响,探讨药物治疗辐射损伤机制. 方法 雌性小鼠25只,随机分为5组,1150cGy腹部照射后1h,24h分别给予后肢im IL-1β,酵母RNA,IL-1β复合酵母RNA,于照后6d,取外周血、肝脏和脾脏测SOD,GSH活性. 结果 照射后外周血、肝、脾SOD,GSH活性下降.使用IL-1β,酵母RNA,IL-1β复合酵母RNA后照射组外周血、肝、脾SOD,GSH活性升高,且肝、脾的SOD,GSH活性与照射对照组之间有显著差异(P<0.05),复合组肝脾SOD,GSH活性明显高于照射对照组具有显著差异(P<0.01),高于照射单独给药组.外周血各照射组之间无显著差异. 结论 IL-1β复合酵母RNA升高γ射线外照射对肝、脾谷胱甘肽(GSH),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,复合用药可以对抗射线引起机体产生的损伤作用.结果表明:照后复合应用IL-1β,酵母RNA可通过提高清除自由基,起到更好的抗辐射作用.
