    摘 要:目的 评价放射性核素201 Tl显像在协助诊断与鉴别诊断乳腺包块中的临床应用. 方法 对31例经病理证实的乳腺包块患者均行201 Tl显像(74～111MBq)，同时与病理结果进行对比. 结果 11例乳腺恶性包块中，201 Tl检测出10例(灵敏度90.9%)，检出包块最小直径为1.5cm，其中1例假阴性系包块过小且已接受多次化疗所致.另外20例乳腺良性病例中，17例无201 Tl摄取(特异性85.0%)，3例纤维囊性病变也有201 Tl的摄取.201 Tl显像诊断与鉴别诊断乳腺包块的准确率为87.1%. 结论201 Tl显像有望成为临床上广泛应用的一种有效、简便的鉴别诊断乳腺包块性质的方法.
