    摘 要:目的 建立一种定量检测血清中HSP70的酶联免疫吸附法. 方法 通过双夹心ELISA法对人重组HSP70倍比稀释液进行检测，建立标准曲线.将待测样品的吸光度(A)值与标准曲线比较，通过换算可估计样品中HSP70的含量. 结果 HSP70在0～20mg·L-1 范围内呈良好反应曲线，当HSP70的含量低于8mg·L-1 ，变异系数可在8%以下.该法检测限理论上可达30μg·L-1 . 结论 该法较为简便和准确，可作为血清或其它体液中HSP70定量检测的一种方法.
