    摘 要:目的 探讨逆转录酶抑制剂(AZT)对卵巢癌细胞HO-8910生长的影响及其作用机制. 方法 应用MTT分析法对不同浓度AZT作用的卵巢癌HO-8910细胞进行药物敏感实验，流式细胞仪测定凋亡细胞含量. 结果 AZT对HO-8910细胞的生长有抑制作用，并有时间依赖关系和剂量依赖关系.流式细胞仪检测凋亡峰含量为14.2%. 结论 AZT可能是通过诱导凋亡而抑制卵巢癌细胞的生长，因而在卵巢癌的治疗中有着巨大的潜力.

    Abstract:AIM To investigate the effects of3'-azido-3'-de-oxythymidine(AZT)on HO-8910cell line and its mecha┐nism.METHODS The drug sensitivity test was performed with MTT assay.The apoptotic cells were measured with flow cytometry(FCM).RESULTS AZT inhibited growth of HO-8910cell and the effect was in a time-dependent man-ner and dose-dependent manner.The apoptotic peak was de-tected with FCM and the quantity was14.2%.CONCLU┐SION It may be through inducing apoptosis that AZT exerts inhibitive effect on ovary carcinoma cells growth.Our results indicate that AZT has great potential for the treatment of ovary carcinoma. ......
