[摘要] 目的 探讨腹式子宫体中心切除术的临床应用价值。 方法 将80例子宫肌瘤或保守治疗无效的功能性子宫出血病例随机分为2组，每组40例。观察组行子宫体中心切除术，对照组行子宫次全切除，然后对两组进行比较。 结果 子宫体中心切除术与子宫次全切除相比，因手术方式的简化，手术时间短，术后恢复时间明显缩短，疼痛的发生率明显减少，手术感染率较底，患者抗生素应用减少，住院时间短，无手术并发症，卵巢功能正常。 结论 子宫体中心切除术是一种安全、可靠、保留女性生理功能和盆底正常解剖结构的手术方式。

    Clinical evaluation of removal of central uterine body

    Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical value of removal of central uterine body.Methods A total of80cases of hysteromyoma and intractable functional uterine hemorrhage treated by drugs were randomly divided into2groups(n=40in each group).The40patients(38cases of hysteromyoma and2cases of intractable functional uterine hemorrhage)in the treatment group underwent removal of the central uterine body.The age of patients ranged from31to54years[mean:(40±3.15)years].The other40patients(39cases of hysteromyoma and1case of intractable func-tional uterine hemorrhage)in the control group underwent subtotal hysterectomy.Their age ranged from33to59years[mean:(41±4.30)years].Results Compared with subtotal hysterectomy ......
