PKCα、PCNA、GFAP、EGFR在脑胶质瘤中的表达及临床意义

     【摘要】 目的 探讨蛋白激酶Cα(PKCα)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达、相互关系及其意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学(SABC)法,检测55例脑胶质瘤标本中PKCα、PCNA、GFAP和EGFR的表达。结果 PKCα、PCNA和EGFR的表达随胶质瘤病理分级的增加而增高,而GFAP的表达则随胶质瘤病理分级的增加而降低。PKCα和PCNA、GFAP、EGFR表达间均存在着密切关系。结论 PKCα与胶质瘤的分化程度、恶性程度、细胞增殖等密切相关;PKCα、PCNA、GFAP和EGFR检测可能成为胶质瘤诊断及判断其恶性程度与预后的指标。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the significance of PKCα, PCNA,GFAP and EGFR expression in human gliomas, and the relationship among them.Methods Using SABC immunohistochemistry to examine 55 cases of gliomas for PKCα, PCNA, GFAP and EGFR protein expression.Results The expression levels of PKCα, PCNA and EGFR proteins were increased with the increased grade of malignancy, while the expression level of GFAP was decreased. There was a positive reciprocity between PKCα and PCNA, as well as between PKCα and EGFR. There was a negative reciprocity between PKCα and GFAP.Conclusion It was evidence that the PKCα protein expression was closely correlated with the degree of differentiation, malignancy and cell proliferation in gliomas. The expression of PKCα,PCNA,GFAP and EGFR can possibly be useful indicators for assessing the degree of malignancy and prognosis. ......
