【摘要】 目的 对双尖牙的楔状缺损传统开髓方法进行改良，预防治疗后牙齿折断和近远中裂开。方法 传统的治疗双尖牙楔状缺损是从面部开髓，而改良的方法从颊侧进行开髓，最后进行根管治疗。结果 颊侧开髓方法与面部开髓方法经过一年后观察，通过统计学处理，对预防冠折和牙冠裂开有显著性差异。结论 双尖牙楔状缺损颊面部开髓减少咬力，预防牙折和牙裂开是较为有效方法，值得在临床上推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective The wedge shaped defect to open the pulp method to carry on the improvment. The tooth breaks and splits open cured.Methods From the cheek side to open pulp before,carry on a treatmest of tooth finally.Results After a year of the cheek side by open pulp method,with pass to statistics to learn the analysis,this method have obvious difference.Conclusion The wedge -shaped defect by this method to reduce bite the resultant force,preven ting the tooth break and tooth split,Deserving the application expansion in clinic.
