【摘要】 目的 评价术中结肠灌洗一期治疗左半结肠癌梗阻病人的近期疗效。方法 回顾分析本院从2000～2004年43例左半结肠癌梗阻一期手术病人临床资料(术中结肠灌洗组，n=25；结肠次全切除组，n=18)和28例非梗阻性结肠肿瘤择期手术病人临床资料(择期手术组，n=28)，比较其并发症发生率及手术和住院时间。结果 术中结肠灌洗组与其余两组相比手术时间明显延长，并有较高的伤口感染率。结论 如果注意术中切口保护，结肠灌洗一期治疗左半结肠癌梗阻是一种安全可行的手术方式。

    The short-term effect of intraoperative colonic irrigation in the one stage treatment of obstructed left colon carcinoma

    【Abstract】 Objective To assess the results of one stage treatment of obstructed left colon carcinoma by intraoperative colonic irrigation.Methods We conducted a retrospective study of 43 patients who admitted with obstructed left colon carcinoma (25 treated with intraoperative colonic irrigation and 18 with subtotal colectomy) and 28 patients who suffered from non-obstructed left colon carcinoma to compare their complications,operation time and hospital stay.Results Mean operating time was significantly higher in intraoperative colonic irrigation group, and wound infection was more frequent in these patients. Conclusion We believe that one stage surgery with intraoperative colonic irrigation is a safe and effective procedure as long as the wound is well protected. ......
