[摘 要] 目的 探讨宫颈妊娠大出血采用介入加氨甲喋呤(MTX)治疗的可行性、安全性。 方法 回顾5例宫颈妊娠大出血病例，其中2例采用传统方法无效而行子宫切除，另3例分别用MTX及介入加MTX治疗获得成功。 结果 单纯MTX治疗后清宫时有出血，宫颈需压迫止血，而介入加MTX能迅速止血，清宫时出血极少，能保住患者子宫及生育能力。 结论 介入加MTX是治疗宫颈妊娠一项行之有效的措施。
