[摘 要] 目的 观察参附注射液和硫酸镁佐治老年人慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法慢性充血性心力衰竭老年患者63例，随机分为对照组31例，治疗组32例。对照组常规给予降压药、强心药和利尿药治疗，治疗组在此基础上静脉滴注参附注射液和硫酸镁注射液，14d为1疗程，比较两组的疗效。 结果 对照组总有效率为71%，治疗组为97%，疗效相差显著(P<0.05);治疗组的心率、左心室射血分数较对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。 结论 参附注射液和硫酸镁佐治老年人慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效较好，能较好地改善心功能。
