【摘要】 目的 研究化疗药物对胆囊细胞的敏感性。方法 应用MTT法及流式细胞仪，选择6种化疗药物作用于胆囊癌细胞株，进行化疗药物敏感性的检测。结果 MTT法及流式细胞法测定6种化疗药物对胆囊癌细胞的敏感性，由高至低依次为顺铂(DDP)34.77±3.53、丝裂霉素(MMC)33.25±3.40、卡铂(CDB)15.73±4.50、阿霉素(ADM)15.52±3.56、甲氨蝶呤(MTX)14.5±2.13、长春新碱(VCR)8.5±1.95。结论 6种化疗药物以DDP、MMC较敏感，CDB、ADM、MTX次之，VCR最差。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the sensitivity of the primary gallbladder carcinoma to chemotherapeutic drugs.Methods Analyzed by MTT methods and cytofluorometry,the sensitivity detection of 6 kinds of chemotherapeutic drugs to gallbladder carcinoma cell strain.Results All of the six antitumor drugs was evaluated by MTT methods and cytofluorometry,they were (from high to low):cisplatin(DDP)34.77±3.53,mitomycin C(MMC)33.25±3.40,carboplatin(CDB)15.73±4.50,adriamycin(ADM)15.25±3.56,methotrexate(MTX)14.5±2.13,vincristine(VCR)8.5±1.95.Conclusion DDP and MMC are more chemosensitive than CDB,ADM and MTX especially than VCR. ......
