    摘 要:目的 观察Ki67在颅内转移癌和胶质瘤中表达及数量变化. 方法 运用免疫组化SABC法检测人脑50例胶质瘤(JPA-LGA15例、AA15例、GBM20例)、14例转移癌、20例脑膜瘤(良性17例、恶性3例)中Ki67阳性指数的变化.正常脑组织标本3例作为阴性对照. 结果 在颅内肿瘤中，JPA-LGA的Ki67LI为0.51±0.49，AA为4.37±2.44，GBM为6.69±1.79，转移癌为14.3±6.10，恶性脑膜瘤为10.21±6.27，良性脑膜瘤为0.58±1.79.JPA-LGA，AA，GBM组间有显著性差异(P<0.01).胶质瘤Ⅰ-Ⅱ级与良性脑膜瘤组间无明显差异(P=0.892). 结论 Ki67表达与脑转移癌和胶质瘤细胞增殖活性有关，可用以辅助鉴别诊断良恶性病变，还可作为评估脑胶质瘤恶性程度的一项参考指标.
