新疆紫草多糖的提取工艺研究

     摘要: 利用正交设计法优选紫草多糖的提取工艺。实验结果表明，紫草多糖超声提取的最佳工艺条件为:提取时间为0.5h，提取次数为3次，固液比1∶12。最佳工艺条件具有重现性、可靠性。
