改良式腮腺良性肿瘤手术方式对患者心理行为影响的临床研究

【摘要】 目的 研究改良式腮腺良性肿瘤手术方式对患者心理行为的影响。方法 运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对40例患者通过2种手术方法进行测定，运用心理分析法评估不同手术方式对患者心理行为的影响。结果 传统的腮腺良性肿瘤手术方式与改良的腮腺良性肿瘤手术方式在其术后1周和术后1年通过症状自评量表进行测定，差异均有显著性。结论 改良的腮腺良性肿瘤手术方式比传统的腮腺良性肿瘤手术方式对患者心理的影响要小，更符合“生物-心理-社会”的医学模式。【关键词】 腮腺肿瘤；主导管；心理学

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of patients psychosocial behavior with amendable surgical method in the tumor of parotid gland.Methods 40 patients were divided into 2 groups and evaluated their psychosocial behavior with SCL-90 after 2 different surgical methods.Results There are high differences between the two groups neither after 1 week nor 1 year.Conclusion The amendable surgical method has little adverse effects on patients behavior than the traditional one,and it is more suitable for the physical-psychological-social model. ......
