【摘要】 目的 探讨直肠类癌的诊断及治疗方法。方法 本文分析了26例直肠类癌的诊断和手术方式。结果 26例患者中, 5年生存率75%。结论 直肠类癌症状无特异性，大部分患者可能通过直肠指诊触及肿块，确诊依靠病理组织检查。手术治疗主要是根据病变大小、浸润深度，采取相应的术式，可取得较好的治疗效果。【关键词】 直肠类癌；诊断；治疗

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of rectal carcinoid.Methods 26 cases of carcinoid tumor of rectum were followed-up.The diagnosis and methods of operation were discussed and analyzed retrospectively.Results Of these cases,and the 5-year survival rate was 75%.Conclusion There were no special symptoms in carcinoid tumor of rectum. The tumor can be touched by routine finger rectum examination in most of these patients.The final diagnosis depend on the pathologic examination. Surgical operation should be selected by the size and invasion of tumor.The good curative effect can be gained through the proper operative method.
