【摘要】 目的 观察氧化苦参碱对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞株体外增殖率的影响情况。方法 噻唑蓝(MTT)比色测定法确定氧化苦参碱对胃癌SGC-7901细胞存活抑制作用。结果 试验浓度下氧化苦参碱对SGC-7901细胞增殖抑制作用呈剂量依赖性，当浓度为12mg/ml时，对SGC-7901增殖的抑制率最大，达到87.63%。结论 氧化苦参碱对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞的增殖具有明显的抑制作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective The role of oxymatrine to the proliferation rate of SGC-7901 cell line in vitro was observed.Methods The inhibition of SGC-7901 was determined by MTT colorimetric assay.Results The proliferation of SGC-7901 was obviously inhibited by oxymatrine in a dose dependent manner.The inhibitory rate came to the peak at 87.63%,when cultured with matrine at 12mg/ml.Conclusion Oxymatrine can significantly inhibit the proliferation of SGC-7901 cell.
