【摘要】 目的 探讨中西医结合治疗军团菌肺炎的效果。方法 对14例军团菌肺炎患者进行中西医结合治疗，同时与12例未予中药治疗的军团菌肺炎患者的治疗效果及不良反应进行对照。结果 14例中西医结合治疗患者较单纯西药治疗患者总有效率明显升高，死亡率明显降低，药物不良反应发生率亦明显降低。结论 中西医结合治疗军团菌肺炎作用显著，可提高治疗有效率，降低死亡率，减少药物不良反应的发生，值得临床推荐使用。
