    【Abstract】 AIM: To study the effects of Qidantongmai tablet (QDTMT) on acute myocardial ischemia in rats. METHODS: Acute myocardial ischemia was induced by subcutaneous injection of isoproterenol (ISP. 5 mg·kg-1) into SD rats. Activities of ATPase and content of Ca2+ were observed in myocardial tissue and mitochondria. The changes of myocardial ultrastructure were examined by transmission electron microscope. RESULTS: Compared with those of the controls, activities of ATPase in mitochondrion were strengthened in QDTMT group [(40.9±8.1)vs(23.1±5.7) ......
