【摘要】 目的 探讨口腔诊疗机构消毒灭菌存在问题及改进措施。方法 口腔诊所现场调查及医生、护士问卷调查。结果 87.5%口腔诊所的医护人员消毒灭菌知识欠缺，自我保护意识差；93.75%口腔诊所诊疗器械和消毒灭菌器械不足，不能合理的选择和使用现有的消毒技术和手段；消毒灭菌监测工作不落实。结论 口腔诊所医护人员的专业素质和消毒技能亟待提高，口腔诊疗过程中存在的医源性感染隐患亟须改进。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study problems and solutions of sterilization and disinfection in stomatology clinics.Methods Spot investigation in stomatology clinics and questionnaires for doctors and nurses.Results 87.5% health workers in stomatology clinics lacked knowledge of sterilization and disinfection as well as self-protection; 93.75% stomatology clinics were short of appliances for treatment and sterilization and existed methods were not properly used; supervision for sterilization was not fully carried out.Conclusion It is necessary to improve capacity of health workers in stomatology clinics and the hidden trouble of hospital-borne infection during oral treatment should be avoided. ......
