猪视网膜神经节细胞的培养及超微结构

    摘 要:目的 建立视网膜神经节细胞(retinal ganglion cells,RGCs)的体外培养方法,并研究视网膜不同类型神经细胞之间的相互作用,为RGCs的体外实验研究奠定基础. 方法 进行猪视网膜细胞混合体外培养和神经节细胞的纯化培养,观察神经节细胞生长状态及轴突生长情况,研究视网膜不同类型神经细胞之间的相互作用. 结果 视网膜细胞混合培养时,神经节细胞生长良好,纯化后的神经节细胞间连接减弱,细胞存活时间缩短. 结论 视网膜细胞混合培养有利于神经节细胞的贴壁和生长.
