    摘 要:目的 通过检测裸鼠肝癌模型中血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF)的表达，观察血管造影的表现，探索VEGF与肝癌发生、发展之间的关系. 方法 将裸鼠25只平均分成5组，1组为对照外，其余20只原位种植人肝癌细胞，分别于1，2，3，4wk行动脉造影及用免疫组化的方法检测VEGF的表达. 结果 VEGF的表达与肝癌的发生、发展成正相关，术后1wk组VEGF表达成弱阳性，术后2wk组VEGF表达成阳性，术后3wk组及术后4wk组VEGF表达强阳性.血管造影显示术后两周组肝脏血管开始有增生及扭曲，3wk及4wk组血管改变更加明显. 结论 VEGF与肿瘤的生长、发展有密切的关系，血管造影显示为多血供的肿瘤VEGF表达较强.
