    【Abstract】 AIM: To discuss the method of developing a mathematical model of heat therapy for tumors and to provide its theoretical basis. METHODS: The heat transfer equation, the energy density distribution and the solid integrate method were used according to different shapes and characteristics of the tumors. RESULTS: The exact function relation of spatial temperature distribution in tumors and the estimate of VT for evaluating the effects of the heat therapy were obtained and the exact expression for different tumors was obtained respectively. CONCLUSION: The mathematical model can accurately describe the temperature of tumors and can be used clinically to control the heat therapy. ......
