【摘要】 目的 探讨应用彩色多普勒超声诊断医源损伤性假性动脉瘤的临床价值。方法 采用彩色多普勒超声对60例因穿刺、血管移植术及颈部手术引发的假性动脉瘤进行二维图像、彩色多普勒及脉冲多普勒加以分析。结果 二维图像在穿刺部位动脉一侧均可显示一搏动性无回声或混合回声团。彩色多普勒显示呈涡流或旋转的血流信号,展现为一半红色一半蓝色。脉冲多普勒将取样容积置于分流口处,可显示双期双向频谱。结论 医源性损伤是造成假性动脉瘤的主要原因。在观察假性动脉瘤大小、形态、瘤体结构、判断来源动脉破口的准确定位上,彩色多普勒超声显像清晰可见,可作为诊断该病的首选方法。【关键词】 彩色多普勒超声;假性动脉瘤;医源损伤性
Study on the diagnosis of iatrogenic aneurysma spurium by using color ultrasound

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of color Doppler ultrasound to diagnose the iatrogenic aneurysma spurium.Methods 60 cases of iatrogenic aneurysma spurium caused by puncture,transplantation of blood vessel and operation in neck were analyzed by dimension imaging,color Doppler and pulsing Doppler by using the method of color Doppler ultrasound.Results A pulsing with no echo or mixed echo mass were shown at arterial side of puncture site by dimension imaging.A color of half red and half blue turbulent or revolving blood signal was shown by color Doppler.A two-phase and two-direction spectrum was shown by pulsing Doppler when the sampling volume was placed at the opening of shunt.Conclusion Iatrogenic lesion was the main cause of aneurysma spurium.By using the method of color Doppler ultrasound which has clear image,we can observe the size,form,structure of the aneurysma spurium and judge the wound of the artery.This may be the first choice or best way to localize the site of aneurysma spurium. ......
