【摘要】 目的 子宫肌瘤经高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗疗效的CT观察。方法 回顾性分析子宫肌瘤22例(31个结节)经HIFU治疗前后的CT表现，并于治疗后1、3、6、12、18个月CT复查，观察凝固性坏死灶形态变化及恢复情况。结果 (1)凝固性坏死灶CT显示类圆型或斑片状低密度，边界清晰，不强化。(2)16例(21个结节)HIFU治疗全部覆盖靶区，6例(10个结节)部分覆盖靶区。(3)HIFU治疗后，凝固性坏死灶平均7个月始完全消失。结论 子宫肌瘤的HIFU治疗，CT对疗效观察有较高价值。【关键词】 高强度聚焦超声；子宫肌瘤；X线计算机

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the long-term efficacy of high intensity focused uitrasound (HIFU) therapy for leiomyoma of uterus by use of computed tomograghy (CT).Methods The CT features of 22 (31 nodules) with leiomyoma of uterus who were treated by HIFU were conducted follow-up in 1,3,6,12,28 months after HIFU therapy.Pre-treatment and post-treatment function assessment were done for coagulative necrosis volume.Results (1)For coagulation necrosis CT showed circular or mottle hypo densy area with,the margins of nodules well defined,completely lack of enhancement;(2)in 16 cases (21 nodules) HIFU therapy coagulation necrosis covered the whole target area,while in 6 cases (10 nodules) partly covered;(3)the mean time of lesions fading away was 7 months.Conclusion CT findings may be valuable in evaluating the effect of HIFU therapy for leiomgoma of uterus. ......
