【摘要】 目的 探讨足三里穴位注射舒其松对治疗口腔癌放化疗致白细胞减少症的作用效果。方法 随机对40例白细胞减少症患者进行双侧足三里穴位分别注射舒其松2.63mg，隔日1次，连续3次为1个疗程。在治疗开始后第3、7、14天分别测定外周白细胞计数。结果 治愈27例，显效7例，有效4例，总有效率95%。结论 足三里穴位注射舒其松治疗口腔癌放化疗致白细胞减少症快速有效，操作简便，宜于临床推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the function and effect about treating leukopenia after oral cancer's radiotherapy and chemotherapy when dexbetasone sodium phosphate had been injected into the patient's double Tsusanli. Methods The 40 patients with leukopenia had been injected dexbetasone sodium phosphate into their double Tsusanli. It is 2.63mg. It's once every other day. Treating for three times in succession belong to one course of treatment. We determined WBC count after beginning treatment at the day of 3,7 and 14 day.Results The 27 cases of all patients is cure finely and 38 cases belong to totle efficacious one. The totle effective rate is 95%. Conclusion The method about treating leukopenia after oral cancer's radiotherapy and chemotherapy with injecting dexbetamethasome sodium phosphate into double Tsusanli is quick、efficacious and easy to operate and it would be suitable for spreading in clinical practive. ......
