【摘要】 目的 总结腹主动脉瘤手术护理经验。方法 回顾性研究2000～2004年我院施行4例肾下型腹主动脉瘤手术临床资料。结果 3例行腹主动脉瘤切除、人造血管移植术，1例行腹主动脉瘤切除、腹主动脉及下腔静脉瘘口修补术，手术均顺利完成。结论 腹主动脉瘤手术术前充分准备及术中熟练配合能够有效保证手术成功。

    【Abstract】 Objective To summarize our nursing experience in abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA) surgery.Methods 4 patients with infrarenal AAA who were treated with open abdominal surgery between 2000 and 2004 were retrospectively studied.Results Aneurysm repair with graft implantation were did in 3 patients,and the fistula of aorta and vena cava was repaired in 1 patient.All operations were completed successfully.Conclusion Adequate preoperative preparation and skilled nursing collaboration during the operation can guarantee the successful completion of operation.
