【摘要】 目的 探讨两种手术方式治疗糖尿病性白内障患者的手术效果及术后并发症。方法 对44例分别接受了超声乳化联合后房型人工晶体植入术或普通囊外摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入术的患者术后视力和早期并发症进行分析。结果 其中早期视力两组间差异有显著性，远期视力差异无显著性。眼前节近期并发症两组间差异均有显著性。结论 术前充分散瞳，术中精细操作，术后复查及时和有效术后处理是手术成功、减少并发症的关键。超声乳化术较普通囊外术在恢复早期视力，减少早期并发症方面更具优越性。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects and complications in diabetic patients with cataract treated by two methods.Methods 44 cases (44 eyes) underwent posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation after phacoemulsification or extracapsular cataract extraction.Results Phacoemulsification enabled the diabetics to gain better visual acuity at an earlier date postoperatively than the other group,and significantly decreased the incidence of complications.Conclusion To do the operation successfully and gain less complications,making the pupil large enough and doing the operation carefully and treating the patients in time are the most important. ......
