【摘要】 目的 探讨利用CR系统对眼球异物进行定位的方法。方法 本文着重介绍了笔者利用CR技术，对42例眼异物进行三角函数定位的探讨。结果 其中41例经临床手术证实，定位诊断符合率达到了100%，尤其是对一些传统X线片上显示不好或无法显示的微小异物，利用CR技术对所得影像进行图像处理后，都能得到较好的显示。结论 CR技术的影像处理能给临床提供准确的手术依据。【关键词】 CR系统；眼内异物；定位

【Abstract】 Objective To study the method for locating foreign body in eyeball.Methods The CR technique which is operated with trigonometric function of positioning is used in 42 cases of foreign body in eyeballs.Results 41 cases were confirmed by surgery and the technique is superior to the conventional X ray.Condusion CR technique offers clarity of image for clinic practice.
