低场强MRGET2*I在膝关节半月板损伤中的诊断价值

【摘要】 目的 探讨低场强MR GET2*I在膝关节半月板损伤中的诊断价值。方法 40例膝关节损伤患者经低场强MR不同序列检查，显示半月板受损情况，用关节镜或手术结果作为半月板撕裂金标准，并对全部标本病理检查验证。结果 GET2*I诊断半月板撕裂的灵敏度、特异度及准确率分别为95.65%、92.86%、94.32%，FST2WI分别为84.78%、85.71%、85.23%。结论 低场强MR梯度回波序列成像对内、外侧半月板损伤的显像率高，诊断准确可靠，是膝关节半月板损伤可靠的检查手段。【关键词】 低场强磁共振；梯度回波；膝关节；损伤；半月板

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of low fild intensity magnetic resonance (MR) gradient echo T2*I (GET2*I) in the diagnosis for the injury of meniscus of knee joint.Methods 40 patients with knee-injury were examined by various sequences of low fild intensity MR to show meniscus,and compared with surgery or arthroscopy,all samples were paphdogically examinated.Results The rate of sensitivity,specialty and accuracy of GET2*I for the tear of meniscus was 95.65%、92.86%、94.32% respetively,and FST2WI was 84.78%、85.71%、85.23%.Conclusion Low fild intensity MR GET2*I can show meniscus clearly.The value of low fild intensity MR GET2*I is great for the diagnosis of the injury of meniscus of knee joint. ......
