甲状腺肿瘤的多层螺旋CT诊断价值

【摘要】 目的 评价多层螺旋CT在甲状腺肿瘤诊断及鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析59例经手术病理证实的甲状腺肿瘤的CT扫描资料。结果 甲状腺腺瘤36例，CT诊断符合率88.9%；甲状腺癌23例，CT诊断符合率82.6%。除1例甲状腺隐匿性癌外，其余肿瘤均经CT检出，检出率达98.3%。结论 螺旋CT在甲状腺肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断方面具有重大价值，能判断有无侵犯周围器官，并为临床治疗方案的选择提供依据。【关键词】 甲状腺；肿瘤；多层螺旋CT

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of multislice spiral CT scan in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thyroid neoplasm.Methods 59 cases of thyroid neoplasm confirmed by operation and pathology were retrospecitively analyzed.Results In our series,36 cases were thyroid adenoma and 23 cases were thyroid carcinoma,the precise rate of CT diagnosis was 88.9% for thyroid adenoma and 82.6% for thyroid carcinoma.Conclusion Spiral CT scan plays an important role in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thyroid neoplasm.CT scan is useful in the detection of the invasion of nearby organs,and it can provide reliable information in selecting therapeutic methods. ......
