The Ministry of Health initiates the 100 projects
For standardization of the treatment of the common diseases in the hospitals at grass root level, to convey the achievements of clinical scientific research to the colleagues working at the grass root level, and to promote the treatment level in various hospitals in China upward to a new status, the Ministry of Health had commenced the second run of100 project for a decade. The first project, "The standardization of management of heart failure and thrombolytic treatment of acute cardiac infarction" had put into practice in Henan province. The project was undertaken by the Institute of Cardiovascular Disease, People's Hospital, Peking University, and the person responsible for the program is Professor Hu Dayi, chief of the Institute. A special training program for more than 450 physicians of this particular discipline in Henan province had been started, and there was also a plan to establish the out-patient-department of heart failure in the People's Hospital of Henan province.This project will also be commenced in the 5 provinces of Ganshu, Shanxi, Anhui, Shangdong etc. this year., http://www.100md.com
