红芪提取物对柯萨奇病毒抑制作用的研究

     摘要：目的探讨红芪提取物对柯萨奇病毒(CB4V)的抑制作用。方法采用组织细胞培养法，观察人宫颈癌传代细胞(HeLa细胞)的细胞病变效应及通过抑制病毒复制指数测定反应抗病毒效果。结果红芪提取物具有抑制HeLa细胞病变的作用；抑制病毒复制指数为2.06。结论红芪提取物在细胞水平具有明显的抑制CB4V作用。

    Study on the inhibition of Hedysarum polybotrys HandMazz on CB4V

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the inhibition of Hedysarum polybotrys HandMazz on CB4V. MethodsHela lesion effect of human cervical carcinoma and the antivirus effect through inhibiting virus reproduction index were observed,with tissue cell culture technique. ResultsHedysarum polybotrys HandMazz could inhibit lesion of Hela cells and CB4V reproduction(The reproduction index was 2.06).ConclusionHedysarum polybotrys HandMazz has a significant antiCB4V effect at cell level.
