    【Abstract】 AIM: To study the characters of cyclosoprine A (CsA) immunosuppressive treatment and CsA whole blood concentration after renal transplantation among different high risk uremia patients. METHODS: CsA whole blood concentration in 60 cases (n=471) of high risk uremia were dynamic monitoried by Fluorescence Polarization Immunoassay, It contrast by 243 cases (n=2132) of young and middle aged renal transplantation patients. RESULTS: The CsA blood concentration of high risk uremia patients was much higher than that of the control at different stages after renal transplantation, it increased 23.2%. CONCLUSION: Dynamic monitoring whole blood concentration was helpful to prevent and relieve CsA side effect and to keep effective immunosuppressive therapy. ......
