【摘要】 目的 探讨不同麻醉方式对体外受精—胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF—ET)的影响。方法 将158例IVF—ET患者随机分为全麻组(异丙酚静脉推注，n=79)和局麻组(肌注哌替啶联合利多卡因子宫旁局部封闭，n=79)，观察两组患者的受精率、卵裂率、优胚率及妊娠率和种植率的影响。结果全麻组的受精率、卵裂率、优胚率及妊娠率和种植率分别为(69.2±28.2)%、(96.3±9.1)%、(55.4±31.6)%、27.8%、16.9%，局麻组的对应指标依次为(76.1±23.8)%、(94.9±14.8)%、(53.7±30.7)%、31.9%和15.4%，两组在受精率、卵裂率、优胚率、妊娠率和种植率方面比较差异均无显著性(均P>0.05)。结论 两种麻醉方式在IVF—ET中皆可获得满意的效果，并不影响体外受精—胚胎移植的结局。
